Quarantine Precautions

VD MAIS is a global player on the electronics market and takes global challenges responsibly. We operate in normal mode but have introduced restrictive and protective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

During the quarantine period, the orders, even small ones, are not handed over from the VD MAIS warehouse. Pick-up Point at the warehouse has been closed and all the orders are delivered via Nova Poshta or other delivery services.

We provide free delivery of any orders within Kyiv from VD MAIS warehouse to Nova Poshta pickup points.

Visiting VD MAIS HQ in Kyiv, as well as regional offices, is permitted only prescheduled and approved by a VD MAIS employee.

All the visitors, as well as VD MAIS staff, inside the premises should wear protective masks.

All the premises are cleaned and disinfected daily.

Sanitizers and disinfectants are delivered to all the departments and offices of VD MAIS. The staff and the visitors are strongly recommended to use them regularly to clean the hands.

At the reception, a quartz apparatus is installed for UV sterilization of reusable masks. We recommend to use it daily to avoid bacteria collection on the inner surface of the masks.
